Delivery Charges
Delivery for orders anywhere within mainland UK is £29. For rug orders delivery is charged at £12 per rug. We are delighted to offer FREE delivery for orders over £500 and for carpets purchased with over £100 of luxury underlay:

Arranging your delivery
Once you have placed an order with us, you will be contacted by a dedicated personal flooring advisor who will arrange the next available delivery date that is convenient for you. Your personal advisor will be on hand to offer any additional advice and guide you through the delivery process. They will provide their direct contact details so you can call them at any time if you do have any queries about your order before it arrives.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the goods you order are in stock then delivery will generally take place within 14 working days (Monday to Fridays, excluding bank holidays). If your new floor has to be ordered direct from a manufacturer then delivery can sometimes take longer, however, your personal flooring advisor will contact you as soon as your floor arrives and to arrange the next available delivery date.
